DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students in Lisbon in several areas.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREAS:
BUSINESS - Tourism
PEDAGOGY - Physical education
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Sports, Tourism, Sports science, Event planning, or other related areas
- Knowledge in basic sports like football, volleyball, rugby, basketball, tenis, surf
- Knowledge in online and social media
- Excellent written communication skills
- Creativity, responsability and organization skills (with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments)
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English
- During the traineeship the trainee must have a Portuguese phone number.
- Experience in this areas is valued
- Experience in the sports mentioned above is valued
- Love for practice of sports of any kind is valued
TASKS:
- Creation and maintenance of sports schedules
- Creation of sports tournaments
- Interaction with international students
- Participations in sports events for international students
- Contact and booking tasks with our sport partners
- Market study and new sport partners acquisition
- Promotion of sport events, activities, trips in Lisbon
- Provide support in the organization and execution sport events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
- Reception and guide students at sport events, activities and trips in Lisbon and Portugal
- Logistics: prepare the different kind of promotions for events, split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events, create and prepare material for the events, be part of the organization and creation of the events and activities
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
