DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
We came to your contact from Erasmus Life Aveiro, a new non-profit association that aims to support international students, as well as their good integration through various recreational, leisure, and recreational activities.
LOCATION: Aveiro (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months
START DATE: As soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Communication, Marketing, Tourism or other related areas
- Knowledge in online and Social Media
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility, and organisational skills
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English
- During the traineeship the trainee must have a Portuguese phone number (card will be provided by the company)
- Experience in the area will be considered
- Photoshop and Illustrator skills is valued
TASKS:
- Help in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and other events in Aveiro and around Portugal
- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits;
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and Organize facilities and manage all event’s details;
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day;
- Reception and guide students at events, activities, trips and other events in Lisbon and around Portugal
- Provide general support in booking and sales tasks
- Interaction with international students and provide them support and important information about Lisbon
- Manage websites and social media channels
- Promotion of events, activities , trips and other events in Aveiro
- Logistics: prepare the different kind of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for events; be part of the organisation and creation of events and activities.
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
- English B2/C1
FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION:
- Amount: 100 EUR per month
