DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
This traineeship is in an Organization which provides support to international students in Lisbon in several areas.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 2 months
START DATE: As soon as possible
AREA: MEDIA - Graphic design
TASKS:
- The trainee will provide support on the creation of promotional images (flyers, posters, etc) and other promotional material, creation of promotional videos and help on the promotion using online and offline platforms
- Interaction with international students
- Manage the website and social media channels
- Provide support in the organisation and execution of events, activities, trips and parties in Lisbon and other locations in Portugal
- Reception and guide students and events, activities, trips and parties in Lisbon and other locations in Portugal
- Prepare the different kind of promotions for events; split and delegate tasks to the team members in the events; create and prepare material for the events; be part of the organisation and creation of several events and activities
WORKING HOURS: 30 hours per week
LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:
