DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY:
Growing food service company, operating for 2 years with a team of 20 employees and 4 faculty canteens (2 currently open while we continue expanding). Working closely with student unions and faculty groups, we organize and cater university dinners, galas, and events, with operations typically paused during the summer months.
The Back Office Management position supports the company's daily administrative and operational activities, helping coordinate processes across our canteens and event services while ensuring smooth communication between management, staff, and partner organizations.
LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)
MINIMUM DURATION: 5 months
START DATE: As soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, Hospitality, Events Management or a related field;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Interest in business operations, events and marketing;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is an advantage.

We are looking for a proactive, organized and motivated intern to support the day-to-day management of a dynamic academic restaurant and events venue.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to multiple areas of business management, including operations, administration, human resources, event planning and marketing, providing a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
