LOCATION: Lisbon (Portugal)

MINIMUM DURATION: 3 months

REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferable background in Communication, Marketing, Tourism or other
related areas
- Knowledge in online platforms, Social Media or event organisation
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Creativity, responsibility and organisational skills
- Flexibility in the working schedule
- Fluent in English
- Experience in the area will be considered
- Ability to multi-task and take initiative
- Energetic and Resourcefull

TASKS:

• Help in the organisation and execution of boat events in Lisbon for international tourism.
• Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
• Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality and Organize facilities and manage all event’s details
• Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
• Provide general support in customer service, booking, sales tasks
• Outbound marketing tasks to generate sales
• Manage websites and social media channels

WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week

LEVEL OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY EXPECTED FROM THE TRAINEE:

• English B2/C1
